A mobile allied-health practice wanted its directors to ask questions in plain English and get answers from the business’s own data — financials, appointments, referrals, email and files.
We built a nightly warehouse, a read-only assistant with every figure cited to its source, and role-based pages for billing, wages, referrals and bank reconciliation.
PWA · Entra ID
A disability support provider was running shift notes in Excel, incident reports in Forms and participant records on paper. Access control was whoever had the link.
The replacement is a progressive web app staff open on their own phones, signed in with their existing Microsoft account. Access follows the security groups that already back their Teams, and records are versioned, never deleted.

A twenty-year-old WordPress site was slow, hard to edit and losing search ranking. We rebuilt it as a static site with the same content structure, permanent redirects for every old URL and structured data for local search.
Its forms post to the client’s own API, so referrals arrive in the admin mailbox with no third-party form service in the middle.
